Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Services
KRA Dog Scoops provides dog waste removal with optional sanitization and deodorizing. Services are available weekly, or as one‑off cleans.
2. Scheduling
We assign service days based on efficient route planning. Exact times aren’t guaranteed to protect our service standard, but we’ll stay in touch before arrival.
• Flexibility is key: schedules are finalized 72–24 hours prior.
• Confirmations are sent 48–24 hours before scoop day, with reminders the night before.
• Clients receive a text alert 30–90 minutes before arrival so dogs can be secured or gates unlocked from the inside if required.
• You don’t need to be home — our service is discreet, professional, and respectful of your privacy.
3. Pricing & Billing
• Tiered subscription packages based on frequency and household needs.
• Initial yard reset clean: $88 (waived for new summer sign‑ups in December–January).
• Monthly subscription billing in advance via bank transfer or cash payments.
• Invoices for the next month are issued seven days before the subscription period ends.
• Subscriptions are billed at a flat monthly rate. Months with five weeks are included at no extra charge (equivalent to three weeks waived per year).
4. Pausing services, Cancellations & Termination
• Clients may pause services for up to 3 weeks in any given 3 month period. Pausing
services for longer than 3 weeks may incur a double week payment to account for any
excessive work needed to reset the property for our services.
• 48-hour notice required for pausing services.
• Clients may cancel our services at any time and receive a refund for visits not yet
completed, excluding any promotional monthly subscription offers( Example; Summer
promo 25/26 First month of Initial cleaning fee waived (valued @ $88) for New sign-
ups.)
• 72‑hour notice required for cancellations.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Credits may be applied if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
• Services may be terminated for non‑payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of terms.
5. Yard Access
• Safe access must be provided.
• Locked or blocked gates = Out of our control, charges still apply for service attempt.
• We’ll attempt to contact you and wait up to 15 minutes before leaving.
• A $8 return fee applies if a revisit is requested after access issues are resolved.
6. Health & Safety
• Friendly dogs may remain in the yard during service.
• Aggressive or unsafe dogs must be restrained or kept inside.
• We use pet‑safe sanitization products, approved by locals vets.
• Clients must notify us of known hazards on the property.
7. Yard Condition
We always do our diligence under the conditions provided.
• Our guarantee does not apply if grass is too long, clutter prevents access, or terrain is
unrealistic for two feet.
• If you spot something we missed, send us a photo within 24 hours and we’ll return at no extra charge. If reported later, we’ll address it at your next scheduled visit.
8. Waste Disposal
• Waste is double‑bagged and placed in your outdoor bin or designated spot.
• Off‑site removal is available as an extra service.
9. Weather & Holidays
• We scoop rain or shine, but not during thunderstorms or hail.
• Severe weather may cause cancellations. We’ll aim to reschedule within the same week
or perform “double duty” the following week.
• Refunds are not provided for weather‑related cancellations, as it is out of our control.
• We do not offer services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee a clean, waste‑free yard after every Scoop Day visit. If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return at no extra charge.
11. Liability
KRA Dog Scoops operates with limited liability. Public liability insurance covers accidental damage or injury directly caused by our services.
12. Promotions
• Summer Special (Dec–Jan): Initial cleaning fee waived for new sign‑ups.
• Standard initial clean fee: $88 to reset yards for ongoing service.
13. Contact Consent
By booking, you consent to SMS/email updates and promotions. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly, to opt out of a specific option.
